Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the day (1). In order to execute your right of cancellation you have to inform us (2) about your decision to cancel this contract in a clear declaration (e.g. by mailing a letter, sending a fax or e-mail). (3) In order to maintain the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to have sent the notification about the execution of your right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments made by you, including shipping cost (excluding additional cost which occur if you select a different shipping method than the cheapest standard shipping we offer) immediately, at the latest within fourteen days upon receiving your notification about the cancellation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method that was used by you for the initial payment transaction, if no other method has been agreed upon with you; in no case will you be obliged to pay any fees for the refund.
